Functional Training classes
Cardio, coordination, balance, pace, strength, power, flexibility and precision are all combined in a challenging circuit. Exercises are easily adapted so young, old, male, female, experienced or beginner in sports can join and get satisfaction from this group training.
Reserve a spot
The lessons are accessible for a maximum of 8 people making sure everyone gets a lot of personal attention.
Secure a spot in these lessons by signing up one week ahead. We need to guarantee the lesson can be conducted in a safe and orderly manner for 8 people. Sign up can be done at the front desk or with the Fitness instructor*
The lessons take place in a limited space – it is of great importance to cancel on time if you can’t make it. Numerous ‘no shows’ without valid reason will cause our Westvliet team to take measures.
* register at the front desk for the small group session ‘functional training’ or with your coach and you will know after this training how you can train safely aiming towards results through functional training.

Functional training is extremely suitable for our youth! Especially for kids from 12 – 18 yrs old we have lessons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 16.30-17.00 and on Sunday functional group fitness training from 12 – 12.30. * Sign up can be done 1 lesson per day with a maximum of 1 week ahead.
Because of the limit of participants in the lessons it is requested to let us know on time if you need to cancel.
