Cardio, coordination, balance, pace, strength, power, flexibility and precision are all combined in a challenging circuit. Exercises are easily adapted so young, old(er) male or female, experienced or beginner in sports can join and get satisfaction from this group training.

Functional training is extremely suitable for our youth! Especially for kids from 12 – 18 yrs old we have lessons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 16.30-17.00 and on Sunday functional group fitness training from 12 – 12.30. Sign up!
* Sign up can be done 1 lesson per day with a maximum of 1 week before.
Because of the limit of participants in the lessons it is requested to let us know on time if you need to cancel. Numerous ‘no shows’ ‘without valid reason will cause our Westvliet team to take measures.
